Hello! We’re Eldon Johnson and Terry Wolfram, a couple of friends from college with over 40 years of experience in real estate development and investing. Besides being long lasting friends, we both share the value of caring deeply about the communities that we create and the long-term impact they have on the people who live there.
We created Privada Homes after having partnered with larger builders and realizing that they often don’t share the same concern. We wanted to create a building company that was more thoughtful, creative and approached quality from a longer-term perspective that emphasized what will hold up over time versus what maximizes profit in the short term. We drew upon our real estate investment backgrounds and knowledge of the national building industry, paired those with our experience living in Florida, and looked at all of it through the lens of “what would be best for our families?” Through this process, we have created floor plans that are perfectly suited to the environment and, most importantly, to home buyers in the Sarasota area.
